Pick up time are subject to availability and must be discussed prior. 

We offer delivery via external services for delivery outside our coverage area (Within Australia). Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping to remote area. If you are not sure, please contact us. 

Please note that the cost of shipping is to be paid for by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation

If delivery cannot be made to your home, you agree that the courier may leave the parcel in the safe place. Alternatively and attempted delivery notification may be left and the item will be available for collection from the courier collection depot

Any cost for redelivery will be passed on to the customer.

Refunds and Exchange

No refund will be given if you have simply changed your mind. Please choose carefully when purchasing.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We only offer exchange if they are unused, unwashed and and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (includes tags if applicable). We may allow an exchange of design for in-stock designs only.

Customers will be entitled to a refund for goods that do not meet the description identified in the contract (invoice). Please contact us immediately should there be any issues upon receipt of your order. 

We can assist you with your return of a faulty item by offering you a number of solutions including replacement, credit or refund. We will only offer you an exchange, credit or refund if the goods are returned within a reasonable time, proof of purchase to our satisfaction is provided, and upon assessment the item is considered faulty or is considered to hold a manufacturing fault. We will not offer an exchange, credit or refund of any item where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for, the item. Please note that general wear and tear, including pilling of fabric, is not grounds for a faulty replacement. These warranty will be different case by case (different according to the brand manufacture policy).

MadPax guarantees a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product, without charge, if a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product, should you receive a backpack with a manufactures defect, please be sure to contact us right away. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear. Examples of normal wear and tear are, split zippers, peeling spikes, frayed edges, and ripped interior lining. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. MadPax is not able to facilitate repairs or returns on product that falls outside of this warranty. If you believe your product is affected by a manufacturing defect, please get them to send and email which includes a short description of the defect, photos, their name and an original proof of purchase in the body of the e-mail. Once all of this information is received, we will forwarded to the manufacurer and they will review and process the request.  If you are unable to provide any of the requirements listed we will not be able to assist in your warranty process.  

To return an item please contact us immediately for return address and ensure please note all exchange must be accompanied with original receipt / proof of purchase.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the customer unless the items are faulty.

Please make sure that returns are packaged securely in a box and are posted using a traceable method (such as Registered Post). Please note we take no responsibility for items lost in transit. Note exchange are only processed once goods have been received, inspected and confirmed as resellable. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
